The planned luxury complex’s units start at $500,000 and go up to more than $20 million for penthouses.

The source added, “[Kyrgios] was looking to buy a place to use when he’s in Miami,” and that the Australian athlete appeared to be “having tons of fun” and “super relaxed.”“The new building, which was developed by E11even Partners and PMG, is expected to be finished in 2026. Construction on it began earlier this summer. The trip to Miami to look for a place to live turned into a weekend for the couple. On Saturday night, they are said to have dined at the rooftop hot spot Giselle, where they ate oysters, Mediterranean branzino, skirt steak, bluefin tuna truffle cones, and cocktails.
