After withdrawing from the 2023 Wimbledon tournament due to a wrist injury, Nick Kyrgios and his girlfriend Costeen Hatzi looked at some very expensive real estate in Miami on Monday. The tennis bad boy, 28, and his 22-year-old influencer girlfriend were looking for a posh condo in the upcoming E11even Residences Beyond, a source exclusively told us. The planned luxury complex’s units start at $500,000 and go up to more than $20 million for penthouses.
The source added, “[Kyrgios] was looking to buy a place to use when he’s in Miami,” and that the Australian athlete appeared to be “having tons of fun” and “super relaxed.”“The new building, which was developed by E11even Partners and PMG, is expected to be finished in 2026. Construction on it began earlier this summer. The trip to Miami to look for a place to live turned into a weekend for the couple. On Saturday night, they are said to have dined at the rooftop hot spot Giselle, where they ate oysters, Mediterranean branzino, skirt steak, bluefin tuna truffle cones, and cocktails.
Hatzi wrote in the caption of an Instagram post that included a number of photos from their time in the coastal Floridian city, “Enjoying Miami.” Kyrgios is obviously keeping his brain off of Wimbledon – which started off July 3 and wraps this end of the week – in the wake of pulling out from the competition over a torn tendon in his wrist. The athlete’s announcement that he had to withdraw as a result of the injury just before the start of the London-based tournament shocked the public.
“I attempted my hardest to be prepared after my medical procedure and to have the option to step on the Wimbledon courts once more. During the week in Mallorca, I experienced wrist pain during my comeback.
